Our Eyewear Protection Plan provides one year of coverage and is included with every eyewear purchase for an additional fee. You can always opt out, but the plan can’t be added after purchase.

Damaged Frames
- Broken frame temples
- Cracked frames
- Broken eyewires
- Nosepad replacements
Damaged Lenses
- Coating defects
- Chipped lenses

- Heat damage
What's not covered?
Damage from accidents, loss, or wear and tear beyond what’s reasonable for the frame.

The details

One-Time Replacement:
Lenses and frames only eligible for a one-time replacement only.
Frame Eligibility:
Plan does not cover patient’s own frames or frames not purchased at Look + See Vision Care.
Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear are not covered through warranty.
Return Requirement:
Damaged product must be surrendered for satisfaction of warranty credit.
Frame Damage:
Frame damage is subject to review and approval at optician’s discretion
Lost/Stolen Glasses:
Lost and stolen glasses are not covered, but eligible for a 30% discount on replacement.
Replacement Requirements:
Replacement must be same model, color, and size of frame. If frame is not in stock, patient may choose a frame of similar or lesser value; any additional cost is the patient’s responsibility.
Purchase Timing:
Warranty must be selected at the time of purchase or dispense; cannot be added afterward.
Prescription Changes:
Plan does not cover optical prescription changes. Any replacement lenses will be made using the original prescription.
Non-Transferable:
Warranty plan is not transferable to a different frame or a different person.
Coverage Period:
Eyewear warrantied for one year from purchase date.
Sale Eligibility:
Eyewear purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional pricing is not eligible for warranty coverage.

If something goes wrong, bring the frames in. We’ll evaluate them honestly and tell you exactly what’s covered and what isn’t. If we can’t fix or replace under warranty, we’ll tell you what your options are.
